Cleanse, recharge and ground your energy with our nurturing Earthing Energies Circle!
Through smoke cleansing, uplifting rituals, and a deeply grounding meditation, you’ll be guided to release stagnant energy, recharge your spirit, and root yourself in the steady strength of the earth. This circle offers a supportive space to let go of heaviness, invite in renewed energy, and strengthen your connection to both self and nature.
⭐️ What to expect…
• CLEANSING CEREMONY – Cleansing herbs are burnt and smoke fanned around the space. Each attendee will receive a head-to-toe personal smoke cleansing and crystal aura cleansing.
• RECHARGING RITUAL – Enjoy freshly brewed herbal tea, drumming and spiral dancing to raise vibrations, and partake in an energy exchange ritual.
• GROUNDING GUIDED MEDITATION – Settle into a guided meditation designed to ground your energy and strengthen your connection to the earth.
Cushions and refreshments are provided, but feel free to bring your own blanket or anything that makes you feel comfortable.
