FAQ'S
1. HOW DO I ORDER?
Browse my shop and select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the shopping bag symbol in the top right of the page to finalise your order by checking out. You have the option to choose which secure payment option you wish to use to pay for your order. Once complete you will be sent an order confirmation and notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days, excluding weekends.
SHIPPING METHODS:
• FREE UK shipping on orders over £35 (excluding NI)
• All UK orders (excluding NI) are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (approx. 2–5 working days)
• International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked (approx. 7–10 working days)
Witchcraft Elements is not responsible for any courier or customs delays.
If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact the shop once 10 working days have passed for domestic orders, or 33 working days for international orders, from the date of dispatch, so we can investigate with the courier.

3. WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the shop within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item(s) within a further 14 days. For all customers, including UK and international buyers, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs for cancellations or returns due to a change of mind. The buyer is also responsible for any loss in value if items are not returned in their original condition.
If an order is returned to us due to failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or failure to rearrange delivery with the courier, only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original delivery charges and any return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund. This applies to all orders.
Earrings are exempt from cancellation and return rights once the hygiene seal has been broken, as permitted under UK consumer law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact the shop as soon as possible and ideally within 28 days of delivery.
