Set in the beautiful and historic Bestwood Country Park, our Guided Relaxation Circle offers an hour of meditation, sound and nature for a gentle yet powerful journey of relaxation. Travelling inward to soothe stresses, balance energies and promote ongoing tranquility!
Whether you're new to meditation or returning to your practice, this circle offers a supportive space to find peace and reconnect with yourself and nature.

• WELCOME & INTENTION SETTING: Settle in and set intentions for your relaxation journey.
• HERBAL TEA & BREATHWORK: Freshly brewed herbal tea infused with Breathwork.
• GUIDED MEDITATION & SOUND BATH: Drift into tranquility with a Guided Meditation & Sound Bath.
• RETURN & REFLECTION: No need to rush off... Take your time and spend some time in nature!
Meditation cushions are provided but feel free to bring your own mat, a blanket or anything that brings you comfort. We'll take care of the rest!
