This soothing circle blends meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to help release stress, balance your energy, and promote a sense of ongoing peace. Surrounded by nature, you’ll be gently guided to let go and reconnect with your inner calm.
Whether you are new to meditation or returning to your practice, this circle offers a supportive and restorative space for deep relaxation and self-care.

• INTENTION SETTING – Settle in and set intentions for your relaxation journey.
• HERBAL TEA & BREATHWORK – Freshly brewed herbal tea infused with breathwork.
