Join us for an evening of self-love, compassion, and release in our Heart Opening Circle!
This nurturing experience is designed to open your heart space, inviting in forgiveness, acceptance, and deeper connection with yourself and others. Through intention, breath, sound, and ritual, you’ll be guided on a gentle yet transformative journey of emotional healing.
Whether you’re seeking to let go of past burdens, deepen your self-love practice, or simply enjoy a heart-centred meditation, this circle offers a safe and supportive space to open and expand your heart energy.
⭐️ What to expect…
• INTENTION SETTING – Settle in and set intentions for your heart opening journey.
• HERBAL TEA & HEARTSONG – Freshly brewed herbal heart tea followed by drumming and singing.
• HEART-BREATH MEDITATION – Breath work infused guided meditation for emotional release.
• RELEASING RITUAL – Let go of what you no longer need in a fire ritual.
Cushions and refreshments are provided, but feel free to bring your own blanket or anything that makes you feel comfortable.
