The New Moon is a time of beginnings, intention setting, and inner reflection. This candle lit soundbath offers the perfect space to release, reset, and call in what you wish to grow in the coming lunar cycle.
Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a cushion and blanket… anything else to help you fully relax.
