Join us for a rejuvenating mini retreat, set in the beautiful and historic Bestwood Country Park, that weaves together the healing power of ritual, nature, and deep relaxation.

We begin with our Earthing Energies Circle, where you’ll be cleansed with sacred herbs and crystals, uplifted through drumming, spiral dancing, and herbal tea, and grounded with a guided meditation to strengthen your connection to the earth.

After sharing lunch and a peaceful nature walk, we gather again for the Guided Relaxation Circle. Here, you’ll be welcomed with intention setting, followed by herbal tea and gentle breathwork before surrendering into a deeply calming guided meditation and sound bath. We close with reflection and unhurried time in nature, leaving you restored, balanced, and at ease.

Meditation cushions are provided but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a blanket or anything that brings you comfort. We'll take care of the rest!
