• CLEANSING & GROUNDING – A sacred ceremony to clear and ground your energy in preparation for the circle.
• INVITATION & GUIDED SPIRIT JOURNEY – Guided meditation to connect with your spirit guides and ancestors, opening to their wisdom and presence.
• HONOUR & REFLECTION – Closing ritual to honour the guidance received and reflect on your insights.
Cushions and refreshments are provided, but feel free to bring your own blanket or anything that makes you feel comfortable.
